Do you really not charge for advice?
Correct. We don’t believe in charging you to ask questions — our advice to our clients is free. Charging for advice and consultations is out; open communication lines and mutual support is in. Your first consultation is free too, whether or not you go on to become a client.
Where are you based?
Two offices. Our head office is in Old Woking, Surrey, with easy access to Greater London. Our second office is in Falfield, Gloucestershire, a short distance from Bristol. Julie is primarily in Woking and spends one week a month in Gloucestershire.
I’m just starting out. Can you help before I trade?
Yes, and that is the ideal time. We offer free consultations with advice tailored to you, and we can set you up on Companies House, provide a registered office, and get you running on Xero from day one.
Do you work with sole traders and side hustles?
Whether it’s a side hustle or a full-time gig, we’re here to help. We work with plenty of freelancers, contractors and landlords — let us take care of the books so you can concentrate on the hustle.
What does ‘carbon neutral’ mean in practice?
We care about our planet and choose to operate sustainably, and we are always looking to reduce our carbon footprint. Practically that means cloud-based records rather than paper files, digital receipts and signatures, remote meetings where they will do, and two regional offices so we are not driving across the country to see clients.
